I currently have these looping randomly as my desktop background on my MacBook Air.
I really hope I get on the Diablo III Beta!
Without deliberately sounding like another overreacting internet troll, that’s me off Diablo III now. I was quite looking forward to reliving my days grinding Diablo II on the new game but Blizzard have seemingly locked down the fun reserves.
To be honest I’m pretty much off Blizzard entirely as a games company. I quit World of Warcraft about 4 weeks after cataclysm, I haven’t played Starcraft 2 in about 3 months, and now this Diablo news?
My biggest gripe is how even when playing offline, single player campaigns, Blizzard seem to be forcing you to be online anyway! Thus removing the option to play when your net is down, when traveling, or just when you fancy a break from the powergamers.
So yes, goodbye Blizzard! We had many fun times, but I think you’ve lost sight of why we were doing this to start with. It’s not me, it’s you, and your newfound love of restricting gamers. Don’t call me.

I like all of the new features and can understand them apart from forcing you to be online to play the single player! It is just annoying and will put me off playing the game as often as I want to when it comes out. Yes I will still buy it because I love Diablo more than restrictive protocols because a good game is still a good game despite what hoops you have to jump through to play it.
